Charter capital

The Charter capital of NBCO "Caucasus-Credit" LLC is 592,000 AZN, which was formed by 248,866.54 AZN donation as a share to the charter capital and by the profit in the amount of 343,133.46 AZN gained during 2011-2014 years directed to increase the charter capital. This fully fulfills the requirement of minimum charter capital of 300,000 AZN stipulated in the prudential regulations of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
