NBCO "Caucasus-Credit" LLC MISSION is to provide on-demand financial and non-financial services to internally displaced persons, refugees and low-income individuals that enable improvement their economic self-reliance capabilities.

NBCO "Caucasus-Credit" LLC VISION To improve the economic stability of low-income persons, internally displaced persons, refugees and entrepreneurs through the provision of quality financial and non-financial services, and to help develop the capabilities of financial institutions working to improve the general well-being of the low-income population.

• 12.06.2002:  BOKT “Qafqaz-Kredit” MMC  Danimarka Qaşqınlar Şurası beynəlxalq humanitar təşkilatı tərəfindən təsis olunmuşdur.
• 16.09.2002: It was registered by the State Registration Department of Legal Entities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan with State Registration No. 1066.
• 10.10.2003: An indefinite license was issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan allowing limited banking activities for granting loans in national and foreign currency.
• 13.12.2003: Providing of financial services was started by giving the first wholesale loan to the micro-finance institution (hereinafter referred to as MFI), which works to improve the general welfare of low-income communities.
• 13.02.2004: The provision of microloan services to low-income individuals consisting of internally displaced persons living in Sabirabad district has been started.
• 20.10.2004: Sabirabad rayonunda məskunlaşan  məcburi köçkünlərdən ibarət az təminatlı fiziki şəxslər üzrə mikro kredit portfeli işçi heyəti ilə birlikdə az təminatlı icmaların ümumi rifah halının yaxşılaşdırılmasına çalışan MMİ-na təhvil verilmişdir.
• 08.12.2009: The service of providing microloans to individuals, which was implemented in the period of February-October, 2004, has been restored.
• 11.10.2010: The international humanitarian organization Danish Refugee Council donated a hundred percent its share in the charter capital to the national staff of NBCO "Caucasus-Credit" LLC under the condition of guaranteeing the fulfillment of certain obligations.  
• 27.01.2014: Hüquqi ünvanın dəyişilməsi ilə əlaqədar Azərbaycan Respublikasının Mərkəzi Bankı tərəfindən  əvvəlki lisenziya təminatlı və təminatsız kreditlərin verilməsini, habelə qanunvericilikdə nəzərdə tutulan digər fəaliyyət növləri ilə məşğul olmaq hüququ verən yeni lisenziya ilə əvəz olunmuşdur.

BOKT “Qafqaz-Kredit” MMC-nin ilkin təsisçisi olan Danimarka Qaçqınlar Şurası beynəlxalq humanitar təşkilatı 11.10.2010-cu il tarixində 4880 AZN məbləğində nizamnamə kapitalını milli iişçi heyəintə bağışlamışdır. Bundan əlavə, 1997-2002-ci illərdə Gəlir Yaradılması Proqramı çərçivəsində Danimarka Xarici İşlər Nazirliyi tərəfindən Azərbaycana ayrılmış 243986,54 AZN məbləğində qrant vəsaiti 02.05.2011-ci il tarixində nizamnamə kapitalına pay şəklində milli milli işçi heyətinə bağışlanmışdır. Bununla da, Danimarka Qaçqınlar Şurası beynəlxalq humanitar təşkilatı təsisçi hüququnu Əminova Xalisə Şahnəzər qızı (33,4 faiz pay), Qurbanov Arif Adil oğlu (33,3 faiz) və Rəsulova Züleyxa Nurməmməd qızından (33,3 faiz pay) ibarət milli işçi heyətinə ötürmüşdür. Bağışlama əsasında sosial əsasla təsisçi payına sahib olan hazırkı təsisçilər işçi/istehlakçı statusuna malikdirlər və onların BOKT ilə münasibətləri həm mülki, həm də əmək qanunvericiliyi ilə tənzimlənir.

The Charter capital of NBCO "Caucasus-Credit" LLC is 592,000 AZN, which was formed by 248,866.54 AZN donation as a share to the charter capital and by the profit in the amount of 343,133.46 AZN gained during 2011-2014 years directed to increase the charter capital. This fully fulfills the requirement of minimum charter capital of 300,000 AZN stipulated in the prudential regulations of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
